- On one of the stunning summer days in 2018 we put the canoe in at Mylor and paddled up towards Truro - getting just a little way past Malpas. Just about everything was great - the tides were as planned, the sun was hot and there was a cooling sea breeze (OK - that had to be paddled back in to on the way back!).
