Fine on the way in but a bugger on the way back. First half of the journey back was in the rain (not too bad) but the second half was into a strong head wind.
Into Exeter on a very windy day - probably force seven from the south east. 12.3mph on the way in to Exeter and 8.9mph on the way back.
Windy - very windy. Th estuary road offers no protection when the wind is from the south or south east. So when there are white horses rolling up the estuary, you know you are going to be in for a bit of a struggle.
