Didnt look icy - none of the puddles were frozen. But I slowed down anyway. Shortly after going round the corner at the Double Locks a cyclist passed me going the other way and came off on a icy stretch just after passing me. He was fine. Odd.

An absolute beast of a ride back - directly into a southerly wind that Windguru said was gusting force 8. Pitch black and bucketing down. By the time I got to the Turf Locks, the rain was mostly horizontal.
