- A lovely walk round the end of the Lizard peninsula. We'd done a similar walk before on a dreek day and been disappointed. Today in the sun and breeze it was a completely different walk. A highlight was visiting the rather stunning RNLI station on the east side if the Lizard at Church Cove. Roskilly's ice cream at Lizard Point and then a rather good pasty back at the village. Then on to the campsite at Porthleven.
