Eype, West Bay and Bridport 2018-04-16 From Eype over high (Jurassic) cliffs to West Bay. About a F4 but southerly so entering West Bay harbour by boat would have been problematic - and a bit bouncy one inside on the outer pontoons. Then up by the Birt River to Bridport. Not sure why the usually excellent South West Coastpath web site (https://www.southwestcoastpath.org.uk/) recommended going into Bridport - just some muddy fields and a housing estate!

Exe to Dartmouth 2013-06-08 An SYC cruiser race from the Exe Safe Water Mark to the entrance of the Dart at Dartmouth. Then up to Dittisham for the night moored up on a visitors buoy. I think I need a new GPS with a bit more memory as the start of this GPS track seems to have been lost as the available memory was overwritten by the next days sail down to Plymouth.
Dartmouth to Plymouth sail 2013-06-09 A great sail in Dereks Sadler 26 from Dittisham on the Dart to QAB marina at Plymouth. Lovely strength winds but a lot from straight behind Wind strength better than forecast. Seas a bit rolly at times but not too bad at Start Point as we were there at slack water.
Luskentyre Sands - a new favourite 2022-05-14 Scooby Hound in love with the beach at Luskentyre Sands on Harris. Miles and miles of pristine sand with views across to Taransay.
West Parley visit 2021-10-22 Camper vanning in West Parley for a meet up with old school friends. Went for a walk down Church Lane past the Multiple Sclerosis day centre and then on to the River Stour. Lots of Whiteley family memories / connections.
Launching Thalmia 2021-03-30 With Derek H as his Fulmar was launched from Topsham Quay on the highest tides of the year. A lovely day so on out to sea. A bit of wind for some sailing. Lunch anchored at Sandy Bay where a couple of small dolphins came out to play. Then some drifting waiting for enough rise of tide to come back in. Plenty of sand / mud bank changes over the winter. The port hand buoys in the swashway had breakign waves. The clearance coming up to buoy 3 was just 30 centimetres below the keel. Then nudged sand banks at buoy 21 and just before SYC

St Mawes to St Just In Roseland 2017-03-19 A circular walk round part of the Roseland Peninsula in Cornwall. From St Mawes up along the estuary to the old churchyard at St Just In Roseland. Then back inland to St Mawes. Stopped at Pineapple bay - at least that's what the sign there called it!
Looe 2017-09-12 A walk from Bay View Farm campsite down to Looe, on to Hannafore Point and then opposite St Georges Island
Morte Point 2017-10-29 From Lee Bay along the coast path to Bull Point lighthouse and then on around Morte Point. Some big up and downie bits along the way and some scary (for me) cliff top paths! Camera was happy with the sunlight though.
